Like it arrived for the parents in Sandy Hook, Parkland, Columbine, and countless other shootings, on May 24, 2022, this trauma arrived for parents in Uvalde, Texas, when an 18-year-old gunman armed with two assault rifles entered the school building, killing 19 children and two teachers and injuring 17. Young people have been Marching in the #March4OurLives for many years. Let's hope they can make progress towards an America without an obsession guns. Make that make sense?
